Change your Internode password

Important notes

• Allow up to 90 minutes for password changes to take effect.
• Your Internet connection will log out when the password change takes effect.
  To reconnect, update the password in your modem/router: Online Guides for supported modems/routers are available here. If your modem is not listed, consult your user manual.
• Your password may consist only of:
  • uppercase and lowercase letters
  • numbers
  • underscores (_), hyphens (-), and full-stops (.)
• Your password must be between 8–16 characters in length.
• If you experience difficulty changing your password, contact Helpdesk.
